KEMURIYA A Japanese restaurant in Sukhumvit Soi 39, Phrom Phong area, led by Chef Hiroaki Yamashita. Chef Aki, a Japanese culinary expert with over 20 years of experience and the owner of a popular restaurant in Fukui City, Japan, is bringing his authentic Japanese cuisine to Thailand. He is leading a team to convey the essence of Japan through the first branch in Thailand, emphasizing tradition, simplicity, and the use of high-quality ingredients sourced from Fukui and across Japan. These ingredients are carefully selected monthly and delivered directly from Japan several times a week, combined with meticulous cooking techniques at every stage.

The chef places great importance on meticulous cooking, simplicity, seasonal ingredients, and the use of fire and heat to bring out the best flavors of the ingredients. This is achieved through Kappo-style Japanese cuisine, a traditional culinary art where the chef prepares the food with precision right in front of the guests. We convey classic elegance through modern methods. Every dish served is not just food, but a work of art that creates a close relationship between chef and customer, making the dining experience special, personal, and memorable.

The main menu and signature dishes focus on high-quality ingredients, especially seasonal produce from Fukui. Signature dishes include premium sushi and sashimi, Echizen crab, and other dishes such as clay pot rice. (Kamameshi) Charcoal-grilled beef (Sumibiyaki), straw-grilled sea urchin (Uni Warayaki), and Wagyu beef tempura (Wagyu Tempura). The ingredients are carefully selected for their premium quality and rarity, such as Echizen crab, sea urchin, fatty tuna (toro), and conger eel (anago).

The atmosphere inside the restaurant is decorated with dark, sophisticated tones that exude a cool and elegant vibe, blending tranquility with privacy. A standout feature is the Japanese-style kappō counter, complemented by four private rooms. The ambiance is enhanced by lighting and various details, creating a unique atmosphere that sets it apart from typical Japanese restaurants. It is an ideal venue for hosting important clients, romantic dates, or experiencing premium Japanese cuisine. ✨
