Genpukan This is an authentic yakiniku restaurant from Hakata City, with a history of nearly 70 years, dating back to the owner's grandmother at the main branch in Fukuoka Prefecture. What makes this restaurant stand out is its secret recipe yakiniku sauce, which has a unique flavor and a perfect balance of sweetness and spiciness. This secret recipe sauce is available both online and at convenience stores.In Japan, Genpu Kan currently has 8 branches in total, covering Fukuoka Prefecture, Tokyo, and Ishigaki Island.

For the Thonglor branch, the restaurant offers a diverse menu of over 50 items, including Hakata Motsunabe, a local Hakata dish featuring offal hot pot. They also offer oxtail soup, offal, and ramen, allowing you to fully enjoy authentic yakiniku and other dishes in a casual Thonglor atmosphere.

The two secret sauces were created by the owner, Ms. Kaneko, after a period of trial and error over three months, resulting in 12 Shoyu Tare sauces and 20 Aka Tare sauces, each made with 20 ingredients without any additives. Genpukan's two Umakara Tere and Negi Goma Tappuri Shoyu Tare sauces are available nationwide through online channels and at convenience stores like 7-Eleven in Hakata.

Currently, Genpu Kan has 6 branches in Fukuoka City, 2 in Tokyo, 1 branch on Ishigaki Island, and 1 branch overseas, in Bangkok~!
