UNAKICHI A Japanese eel restaurant in the Thonglor area that prioritizes the selection of ingredients, using only high-quality eel species from across Japan, particularly Shimanto Unagi, which is carefully raised to achieve a thick, tender texture with just the right amount of fat. Expert chefs grill the eel over charcoal until it develops a distinctive, aromatic flavor. The outer skin will have a slightly crispy and charred texture, while the inside remains juicy, tender, and fluffy. When drizzled with our secret sauce, which has been simmered until the flavors deeply penetrate, it enhances the flavor of the eel, making it stand out and pair perfectly with hot steamed rice.



In addition to the main menu items such as Unadon (grilled eel over rice) or Unaju (grilled eel with other ingredients), there is a special menu that showcases our attention to detail: the Unakichi Set. This limited-edition lunch set is available only 15 times per day. In this set, customers can experience a variety of flavors through premium side dishes such as umaki (soft-cooked egg roll filled with eel) and other delectable accompaniments.
