Ginza Tenharu BKK A premium omakase tempura restaurant located within Gaysorn Village, delivering the flavors of the season through carefully selected ingredients to offer guests an authentic Japanese experience. The key begins with the selection of 100% Japanese wheat flour, which is unmodified to preserve its purity and natural nutrients. This is combined with meticulous preparation techniques, such as brushing off excess flour from the tiger prawns before frying, to achieve a perfectly light batter. This process ensures a crispy exterior while maintaining the tender, juicy texture inside.

In addition to the special flour formula, the restaurant also uses sunflower seed oil for frying, which has properties that help reduce cholesterol and have positive effects on health. The skilled Japanese chef prepares the food with consideration for the guests' five senses, from the appetizing colors to the sound of the oil sizzling during frying. The aromatic fragrance, the crisp yet tender texture, and the rich, well-balanced flavor—every step is an art that emphasizes bringing out the true essence of the ingredients without excessive enhancement.

Moreover, the atmosphere inside the shop is designed to align with the name Tenharu, which means the sky during springtime. The restaurant is arranged with seating for only 12 guests around an open kitchen, allowing them to closely observe the cooking process on the fragrant cedar counter. A small touch is the shadow of cherry blossom branches reflected perfectly on the glass cabinet. All of this is intended to create a special and memorable experience.
