Sakura Saku Located in Sukhumvit Soi 31, in the Phrom Phong area, the restaurant is a classic two-story wooden house that feels like a friend's home in Japan. It originated in Mie Prefecture. We maintain our unique identity and use ingredients sourced directly from their origins. Our signature dishes include shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, and premium beef from various regions in Japan. Our wagyu sukiyaki is especially renowned for its rich flavor, enhanced by the aroma of high-quality soy sauce and brown sugar. We also offer local favorites like tonteki and a variety of Japanese dishes in izakaya style. Japanese-style Chinese cuisine and Western dishes familiar to the Japanese.

Chef Ito has trained at an ancient ryokan in Japan and is dedicated to crafting dishes that adhere to traditional flavors. This dedication begins with the selection of fresh ingredients from the fish market and the use of imported seasonings from Mie to ensure authentic taste.
